Do you deliver Internationally?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in the world. You can find out all of our delivery information here.

I am not sure about what size to order?

You can find our Size Chart at the bottom of every page on the site, the information there should be able to help guide you, but please feel free to contact us here if you would like further assistance on what size to order. We can also offer a tailor-made service, where possible, for a small additional fee, please get in touch for details.

I have checked your Size Chart but I am not a standard size, can you alter the pattern for me?

Yes, we are very happy to tweak our sizes to fit, for a small additional fee, please do get in touch for details. This may not always be necessary, given the stretch of latex, we can often help guide you towards a suitable standard size, if that is preferable. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us here, where we can discuss these options.

How long will my order take to be made?

Each latex item that we sell is lovingly made by hand to order, and we don't keep any stock, so we usually advise up to 14 working days for production, (this does not include weekends and bank holidays). Smaller orders will often be much faster, and we will always strive to complete all orders as soon as possible. If you do have a deadline, please don't hesitate to get in touch before ordering, as we may be able to speed your order through production for you, depending on order volume at that time.

Can I change the colours of an item?

Yes you can, each latex item is made to order, so please feel free to enquire about stock availability of colour options, we will be happy to consider any colour changes on any garments. You can also alter length and some other style lines. For full info see here.

Can I return my latex clothing if I am not happy?

Each latex clothing item from is made to order and so unfortunately can not be returned or refunded. That said you can contact us here to make any enquiries about size before you order so you are extremely unlikely to be dissatisfied.

(Made-to-order fabric clothing is also not returnable, whether or not a fabric item is made-to-order is outlined in any applicable product description, please get in touch if you are not sure).

Some of our fabric clothing is in stock and ready to ship, these items can be returned for a refund or exchange, in accordance with government guidelines. We need to be notified of the return within 14 days of your receiving the order, the item(s) must then be returned to us within the next 14 days, (28 days in total for us to receive your return). Items must be returned in good-as-new condition, and return postage will be paid for by the customer. (Delays will be allowed for regarding international returns.)

Whether an item is 'made to order' or 'in stock' is clear within each listing, but please do get in touch if you are unsure before purchase.

REFUNDS: If for any reason we need to refund your order, payment will take between 5-10 working days to clear back into your account.
